Concert Dress Uniforms
All members of the Concert Band and Wind Ensemble must own their own Concert Black for concert ensemble performances. November 1st is the typical deadline to own these items.
Sarina Dress – Stage Accents
Delivery will take a few weeks and the dress will need to be hemmed. Please remember to take into account the growth of your student over the next few years.
Ladies also need to wear black dress shoes appropriate for the dress.
Simple necklace and ear jewelry is acceptable.
Black Tuxedo – Cape Fear Formal Wear (3rd Street Store)
Black Tux Jacket and Pants. No tails.
White tux or pique dress shirt.
Black Vest or Cumberbund and Bow Tie.
Long Black Socks
Black Dress Shoes (Marching shoes cleaned and polished are appropriate).
Cuff links and Studs are acceptable but not required.
Marching Band Uniforms
Students should wear light colored, lightweight materials including t-shirts and athletic shorts.
NO JEANS OR TANK TOPS ALLOWED
Crosstrainer/Tennis/Running shoes with athletic socks ONLY
Bare feet, Flip Flops, Sandals, Toms, Sperrys, Hi Tops or any other type of shoes will not be allowed on the field for safety reasons.
A 1/2 or 1 Gal water cooler should be considered a part of the practice uniform.
Any materials given (coordinate sheets, etc.) should be considered as a part of the uniform.
Percussion/Guard/Drum Majors will adhere to the above uniforms unless instructed differently by the Director.
Marching Band Show Shirt (received during band camp)
Khaki shorts with Black Belt
Practice shoes or similar pair.
Black Show Shirt
Long Black Socks (calf length or longer)
Hair ties, clips, dew rags (All Hair must be under helmet)
Black Super Drillmasters (ordered before band camp through the Boosters)
Black Gloves (ordered through the Boosters)
Black Marching Jacket
Appearance and Grooming standards will be discussed for both marching and concert performances.
